We begin every project with a phone consultation to get to know you, ask questions about what you hope to accomplish, and discuss a potential budget. If you like what you hear, we’ll schedule a no-obligation onsite meeting to see your home in person and review the design/build process in greater depth.

Our creative team will develop several potential designs to meet your needs and style while sticking to your budget. We’ll build out the details based on your goals, offering sketches and 3D renderings of your future home to help you envision the outcome. This step also includes outlining a project timeframe and providing accurate estimates.

Once we finalize the floor plan, specifications, and product selections with you, we’ll present a fixed price proposal and construction agreement. This is when we confirm logistics like payment schedules, permitting, and construction start and end dates.

The most exciting step is watching your dream home come to life before your eyes! Rest assured that our team will respect your family, clean up after ourselves each day, and keep your home safe and livable throughout the build. We also focus on completing your project on time and within budget.

After all the planning and preparation that goes into your home renovation, it’s incredibly gratifying to see the finished product. Before deeming the job complete, we’ll meet one last time to answer any questions, receive your invaluable feedback, and discuss warranty services for your peace of mind.
