The Details

This homeowner reached out to Foremost Builders eager to add square footage to their full-time home, as well as remodel the interior to adjust the current layout for optimization of space. With the guidance from the clients’ visions, our team got to work to design the updated footprint. This included tearing down the current deck off the back/side of home to allow for the addition that would later accommodate the new primary bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. For the existing first floor layout, the kitchen was expanded into the living room and the two existing bedrooms and bath were remodeled for improved layout. To finalize the job, windows were replaced, siding and trim were added to the exterior, and metal roofing was installed.
