Timeless Kitchen and Bath

The Details:

Foremost Builders had the pleasure of renovating this homeowner’s full kitchen and adjacent bathroom. The original layout included an enclosed kitchen with two adjacent rooms on either side utilized for dining and sitting areas. We began with a full gut of the existing kitchen and two adjacent rooms for an open concept transformation. The heart of this kitchen includes a large island and soffit with exhaust for improved cooking and entertaining. The custom cabinetry with two differing finishes with a matching color scalloped backsplash really ties this kitchen together. The homeowners were motivated to expand their small half bath to a full bath with improved spatial layout and features to accommodate for aging in place. The half bath and two small closets were gutted and converted into a full bath for convenience. The walk-in shower with modern glass doors and black fixtures elevate the space and provide an attractive visual when entering.
