A friend recommended this homeowner reach out to Foremost Builders to completely renovate this lovely lakeside condo, after 10 years of living in the outdated space. Wanting it to feel more open and cohesive with a design that matched the beautiful surroundings, our designers began to collaborate. Creating an open floorplan was crucial to this smaller space, adding fun design elements bringing attention to the sought-after location, and meticulously upgrading each spot in the home was no small task.
From the kitchen to the living room and all the bedrooms and baths that follow, each room has been altered and updated to feel cozy and functional.
Features & Challenges of the Project
- Use of Barn Boards throughout as accents to create a cozy feel
- Capture all unused space to maximum the square footage and storage throughout
- Addition of heat pumps and locations that were difficult to access

- Cabinetry Throughout: Medallion, Potter’s Mill, reversed raised flat panels: Painted in White Icing on perimeter kitchen cabinets and Celeste on Maple for Island.

- Kohler Fixtures in all Bathrooms
- Custom milled barn board for accent pieces
